At RealMod Auto, we want customers to review product information, fitment details, color choices, and order details carefully before placing an order.

General Return Rule

Non-quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, choosing the wrong product, wrong color, wrong custom option, wrong vehicle information, or changing your mind after the order has been confirmed.

Quality Issues, Wrong Items, Missing Items, or Shipping Damage

If you receive a product with a possible quality issue, wrong item, missing item, or shipping damage, please contact RealMod Auto Support at support@realmodauto.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue clearly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, labels, and accessories
  • An unboxing video, if available or requested
  • A short description of the issue

Please keep the product, packaging, labels, and all accessories until the review is complete.

Custom Requests

Products or options involving customer-selected logo, text, color, vehicle information, or other custom details may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a confirmed quality issue, wrong item, missing item, or fulfillment issue.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they have the right to use any logo, text, trademark, or design they provide.

Fitment Responsibility

For vehicle-specific appearance accessories, customers should complete fitment checks before ordering whenever possible. Fitment review is based on the information provided by the customer and does not guarantee final installation results.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle brand, model, year, wheel size, brake caliper photos, and other requested fitment information.

Return Approval

Please contact RealMod Auto Support before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If a return, replacement, refund, or other solution is approved, RealMod Auto will provide the next steps based on the reviewed issue.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility will depend on the reason for the approved return. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a RealMod Auto fulfillment error, quality issue, wrong item, missing item, or shipping damage, we will review the appropriate solution.

Review Process

Each request will be reviewed based on the order details, product condition, submitted photos or video, and the confirmed issue. Approved solutions may vary depending on the situation.
